Bon Voyage!

I have had a lot on my mind, not necessarily anything blog-worthy but easy to say, lots. But don’t worry when I say lot’s on my mind, it is not a negative thing, but fun exciting things.

So, a couple months back, my boyfriend’s family invited me to go on a trip with them over thanksgiving break. This trip just happened to be to a resort in Mexico. My father, the sane (always right…no …like really) person he is decided he did not feel comfortable with me going, and me, the loyal daughter I am respected his wishes. I don’t blame him, sending your little girl off to another country (sort of) with a family he has never met might be nerve raking. Just up until a couple weeks ago it was decided that Mexico was no longer in my thanksgiving plans, but Binghamton, New York was, to have a normal relaxing thanksgiving with grandpa.

He does not know it yet (the boyfriend that is, of course the dad approves), but surprise , surprise! I am going to Mexico with my boyfriend Nate’s, family for thanksgiving. I know some might think it is a bit drastic of me to accept such a trip, but why not? How often do you get to go somewhere as gorgeous as Mexico with a boyfriend/ best friend and his extremely fun family? Not very often.

So here I am, laying with Elvis the beagle, counting the 58 days until the trip I know will fly by. I hope this is a good way to finally let Nate know he can stop bugging me about going to Mexico, and no…to tell you the honest truth all your pestering did not push me to say yes. J

Goodnight for now. I hope everyone has something fun to look forward too!

Naturally, Tink.

P.S. OK and I guess I should also be excited to spend Christmas in Florida with Chelsea J

Voila!

I have finally overcome procrastination and would like to welcome whoever is reading this to… naturally tink. I just recently became aware of what a struggle it is to actually sit down and write, since I easily assumed that the great ideas I have been coming up with would just somehow magically migrate to the computer screen. Here is my attempt:

The purpose of creating this blog, naturally tink, is to help college students (and those of the sort) how to live their lives to the fullest. Yes, I understand this statement is so cliché, but I firmly believe that doing specific simple things daily can overall increase ones happiness. In order to best describe how it may work, telling a little bit about me would be beneficial.

I am my own sort of free-spirit. What do I mean by this do you ask? I am fully consumed in making myself happy. Call me selfish, but next time you are in a bad mood try doing something for yourself that only you would enjoy. Take this special thing, activity, person or whatever it may be and use it daily. Being as involved as I am, it was important that I learned how to relax and have fun during the hussle and bussle of my so called life.

I am a college student in Baltimore, MD and absolutely loving it. Not to mention I have a year of attending the number 1 party school in the United States while being completely surrounded by hillbillies, under my belt. My decision to transfer colleges and leave very special people to come to this wonderful, eccentric city has taught me a lot; A lot of knowledge about myself and others that I yearn to share. This knowledge ranges from friendships and relationships to healthy recipes and the just downright being fabulous.

Regardless of who is reading this, or god forbid if no one is reading this at all, I want it to make people happy. My goal in life is to always put a smile on someone’s face and I hope to do so to everyone who reads this. Ciao for now love!

Naturally, Tink.
